I hope that you have decided what you want from our LEAN into Summer Whole30 Event. I hope that your main focus is on the health benefits you will receive. Yes, you may see a lower number on the scale when all is said and done (I’ll have more to say about that later), but there is so much more to living and eating clean than weight loss.
I have to tell you that I’m very excited! We currently have 18 of us signed up to participate. A few gals have even gotten a head start on us, but I’m hopeful that they will decide to continue on with us when they reach their own 30 day mark.
Doing a Whole30 with a partner or a group is much easier than going it alone. Let your fellow 30-ers hear from you here! It doesn’t take long to post a comment or reply. It will help keep you connected, focused and on the right track. It will also likely help others of us do the same.
I can’t emphasize enough that according to my friend and hero food evangelist, Melissa Hartwig, This. Will. Change. Your. Life. Pay attention to paying attention to the changes that are bound to take place. You may begin to notice brighter eyes, smoother skin, clearer thinking and an overall sense of well being within the first week! Who doesn’t want some of that?
Congratulations! You have made a commitment to yourself and a choice that can only bring benefit to you and to those important folks around you. I’m impressed with you already!
